Well, I am bored, don't feel like looking to see if there are any threads like this..so here:




Any urban legends that are interesting that you wish to share?
I mean, every town has at least one.
My trown has quite a few, the most populaar being: RAYMYRE'S HOLLOW
Don't know if you heard about it or not.....
Here is the story:
there was once a very powerful warlock that lived in this house. and he had this spell book, I dont know if he did bad things or not...but three teenagers came into his home took his book, hung raymyre from a tree and then burned him there.
Now people say(some even being my freinds) that you can go to the street, do something like....7 spins in a car, then stop at this one point, turn your head lights on and off 6 times, then dont make any sound and this lady will apear, she will be flaoting there, toes pointed as well adn flaot towards your car, if you make a sound she will stop and run off into the woods.
but the longer you are quite the closer she comes. Sometimes, you can see raymyre himself hanging in the tree.

There is probably more to this, this is jsut what i have heard...so i dont really know....

but there are more.
here is another story:

The Seven Gates of Hell - It is a separate private road off of Toad Road. Years ago there was a mental hospital located near Toad road. It is now a deserted building. Hundreds of mental patients are said to have escaped from there and killed in the woods surrounding it. If you travel back to Toad Road, you go through seven gates known to locals as "The Seven Gates of Hell." No one has ever been through the fifth gate. Everyone who makes it to the gates hears noises and sees weird things moving in the woods. - November 2005 Update: It was so popular among local teenagers that just recently, the old hospital and the gates were torn down. One gate stands, the first gate, which is highly visible off of Trout Run Rd. The area is private property, and there are many new no trespassing signs up. Forestry agents are reportedly tearing down trees back there to stop people from coming to experience the "freakiness".

the first one sound ridiculous though, why would teenagers suddenly come into this person's house and kill him? oh well...

Hm... I don't know if they still talk about it or they forgot about it o_o;;

But it WAS an urban legend in South Korea.

at the countryside... shilgol o_o
1. Near this small church.... there is a small pond.
The story was like, this beautiful Korean girl
was kidnapped by these 2 guys.
And these 2 bad guys pushed her to the pond
because she bit one of the bad guy.
One of the guys got a bat and started beating her like crazy.
And the other guy stabs the girls heart several times.
Then they pushed her to the pond...

One of the nuns saw the bad guys pushing the girl to the pond.
So they called the cops... and the cops came..

body was not found inside the pond.
they found out the pond was veryyyy deep... like DEEP DEEP.

So they got the foot measurements.... it went down more than 100ft o_o;

When my friends and I heard this rumor..... we went to that church. My friends dared my friend, James to go next to the pond and take a quick picture. I told them it sounds like a bad idea... but James went... o_o;;

Then suddenly James was peeing on his pants, started crying because he said his body couldn't move. so me, being brave went to him... and grabbed his arm. AND OMG HIS ARM WAS FREAKING ICED. then we heard bubbles in the pond. my friends ranaway because they were scared... so it was just me and james o_o;; i seriously thought i was gona die because it was so terrifying T__T;;

then minutes later... a pale, white skin hand came out of the pond and grabbed my friend, james's leg. WE SCREAMED LIKE HELLA. T__T;;

i was so scared that i was in the ground crying... and i hear a body coming out of the water slowly. an hours passed. i woke up in the hospital o_o;;; and my parents were worried about me. o___o;; and i heard james was in coma T___T;;

i heard they torn down the church and build a new building there o_o;;; i guess they erased the news and everything that happened there so they wont scare people away o___o;;

2. my family and i were traveling around taegu, korea... and we wanted to rest, so we rent a little house to sleep in. i was sleeping in this room by myself. and in front of me, there is a drawer. i heard footsteps walking towards the drawer so many times. we stayed over this house for a week... 1st day was scary T_T because i saw a shadowy figure walking to me then the drawer. and every morning, i went to the 2nd drawer. o_o;; and i found a chocolate. it looked new and it still smelt fresh, so i ate it -_-;; i was hungry so i ate it. and the next morning, another chocolate....... chocolate kept appearing o_o;; i heard that there was this girl who loved chocolates a lot. so the story goes like this 16 year old girl died by a cancer. and everyday she'll buy chocolates and put in her drawer o____o that freaked me out so bad T__T;; and the ghost girl name is Jun Hee o_o;; I was like 3 years old that time too o_o hehe
