I hope its okay if I give you some constructive criticism....
Overall, its pretty good, but you definitley need to work on the lineart. Its way to sketchy, and makes the overall image look amateur (gomen, gomen!! I'm really trying to help!). You might want to buy some inking pens, that way, you're lineart will be black, but more professional looking. Next- the shape of the hair looks kinda wierd. I suggest buying This -->How To Draw Manga It helps a lot! It will also help you to improve your anatomy... which you desinitley need to work on. Oh, and the eyes.
