just wanna know which one do u guys prefer...
the liquid ones are difficult to put on nicely without smashing it but i think it looks better... |

Ha, I'm first.
Pencil. It's not as harsh looking and it's easier to put on. Plus, you can't use liquid eyeliner in the smoky eye look, because it doesn't smudge once it's dry. |
