Well, if you want to TONE then do crunches (there are various types of abdominal workouts) and for the upper legs, try leg lifts (on a machine)
BUT if you're trying to LOSE FAT, then clean up your diet and increase your cardio workout. You DO NOT lose fat with WEIGHT TRAINING. It's a pet peeve of mine when people say that. If you're toning, do short reps. You're wasting your time if you do 200 a night. Blah. If a 1,000lb man did 200 crunches a night, would he just lose weight around his stomach? Of course not. |
