have you ever went to get something in your house, got to that place, and forgot what you were doing? that happens to me at times. i'll go downstairs to get a coke, and once i'm down there, i'm thinking "..........'-' what was i doing again?"

That ALWAYS happens to me.
 It's really annoying too, because I have 3 floors in my house, plus a basement, so sometimes I'll be on the third floor and be like, oh, I want a drink, and then I'll go all the way to the first floor and forget, so I'll run back upstairs and remember again and have to go all the way down again. Okay. That was a serious run-on sentence, but you get the picture.
