Pros - You can flirt with whoever you want. Phone calls from 5 different girls with none of them being jealous or offended. The thrill of the chase. No questions about where you were the night before.
Cons - No " feeling " shared with some other person. No late night phone calls just to say goodnight. No one to hold whenever. No one to kiss...as long as you want.
