So I was offered a AMD Athlon 64 3000+ and a motherboard for $103.33 bucks, I looked and all the stuff I have no will work with a simple swap...
Should I buy it? |

What's the motherboard? Are they new? Is the 3000+ socket 939? What do you have right now?
I have a 3000+ Venice core right now, it's alright, but it's very low end for a lot of games. If the parts are used, $100 is too much. If it's not 939, it's too much. Unless you need an upgrade badly, I don't suggest buying it. 939 isn't supported anymore anyway so you might want to save up for AM2 if you still want to go with AMD. |
