I wear MAC's fluidline eyeliner, which I really like because it's easy to apply and it's easy to fix mistakes. I only put it on the top lid and around the corner of my eyes. However, after I wear it for awhile, a dark circle appears under my eye. I don't rub my eyes or anything to make it do that, so do you have any idea how it would get there? (And suggestions to fix it?)
(EDIT) It's hard to explain what kind of eyeliner it is... You use a brush, and it's wet enough that you don't need water... Google image search it, I'm not good at explaining. |
