I've seen on people's profiles where you would put your cursor over their links and linked images and it would flash all rainbowy.
How do you do that? |

I put it in my codes and all it did was put that text in my about me..
Then I put it in between the style tags and nothing happened. I got this rainbow picture thing: http://tinypic.com/jl2t5f.gif |
