I need help... T_T Options

I'm new with Lj layouts and I've been making a lot of mistakes I don't know if I messed it up.
Ok.I have three problems
One:My moods are on the top of the page.
Two:My custom nav.bar is messed up.
Three:Some entries are shown in other entries together.
