so im da kind of grls that are kinda shy. pplz tell me that i need to be more outgoing and i think so too. but the thing is its hard to be outgoing when u started out as the shy kind
 any ideas on how to make it easier?

I used to be really really shy, but since i started hanging out with my friend Tanya, her outgoing attitude has started to rub off on me.
