I noticed that a lot of people have been getting warning lately.
  Even Kathleen and Steven have been warned  What do ya'll think about this?

I think what she means is that certain serious active members should get together and have ideas about what they want based on their ideas and the ideas of other members and sign petitions. Then, once they have enough signatures, they present that to the mods and if the mods see enough support, they'll consider it. I guess it's kind of like PDA meetings and meetings at town centers where the community presents their ideas/concerns to the committee and the committee puts together a petition and presents it to the county government. |
