so there's this guy and me&him are really close. like, we're best friends. and the thing is, i don't really like him and he has a girlfriend. but everytime me&him and other people are hanging out, they always think that we're a couple when we're not. people always tell us that we cute but we're just best friends. so what should i do to make people not think these things? because if i go into detail about our friendship, people seem to think that i like him when i don't!

wellll i would suggest to tone it down a bit so your friends dont have to think that you guys might be a couple. i mean to be friends with a guy you dont have to be like soooo close to them you can be like cool friends i have been friends with this dude for like 6 years and nobody has ever said anything about us going out because we dont do anything that gives people the wrong idea.you can ask your friends why they would think you two were a couple maybe they can see something that seems suspicious and you see at as innocent fun. if in the end you think they are just wrong jus ignore them. =]
