this is probably a really simple answer, but i was wondering how you use the fonts once you've downloaded them...like on photoshop. do you have to install them or what?? i feel like i'm missing something

If the font is already a true type or post script font (look at the file extension) then you can simply drag the file into C:\Windows\Fonts. The font will automatically install.
If it's in a zip file, unzip it using a program like WinZip or double-clicking the file (Windows XP should have an automatic unzipping system). After unzipping, drag the folder into the Fonts folder or if there is a wizard, choose the Fonts folder and the font will be extracted and installed. |
