when do you prefer to take them?
i usually like to take them before i go to sleep because i love going to sleep with a warm, clean feeling! but showers after sports are an exceptioooonn. but today for some reason i woke up early and felt like a taking a shower, so i took one. and it feels pretty good, but i'd still prefer to take them at night.

I take showers in the morning and at night during the school year, IDK i like feeling clean, during the summer its worse i take a shower all day lols any chance i get.. I hate the humidity
