so there's this guy and me&him are really close. like, we're best friends. and the thing is, i don't really like him and he has a girlfriend. but everytime me&him and other people are hanging out, they always think that we're a couple when we're not. people always tell us that we cute but we're just best friends. so what should i do to make people not think these things? because if i go into detail about our friendship, people seem to think that i like him when i don't! stubborn.gif

well, I know how you feel
For 3 years i had the same thing happen, laugh.gif

There was this guy named Justin and we hanged out constantly in 7th grade, and in 6th grade we only had band so we use to walk with each other and talk. And then in 7th grade we had homeroom, band, science, lunch. etc. together. And we were always by each other. Everyday in 7th grade we got asked if we were going out or if we were brother or sister. And then if we said no to the going out, these people would freak out and go on and on about how we should be together and how cute we are and so on so on.

lol me and him use to just laugh about it pretty much, we use to joke around. I pushed him in to the girls bathroom and all kinds of stuff. Oh how i miss him. </3

But like a ton of other girls liked him so yea..
He didn't have a girlfriend like your friend has..

So i can't really tell you what to do. If its the same person then just tell them to quit it. because its rude if they know he has a girlfriend and then them go on about it. Your not doing anything wrong though, as long as your being yourself, don't worry about how your acting. Make sure you tell them the truth, or they'll be confused and think what they want.
