so there's this guy and me&him are really close. like, we're best friends. and the thing is, i don't really like him and he has a girlfriend. but everytime me&him and other people are hanging out, they always think that we're a couple when we're not. people always tell us that we cute but we're just best friends. so what should i do to make people not think these things? because if i go into detail about our friendship, people seem to think that i like him when i don't!

hmm.. just think about how it is that you act around him, because obviously people are getting the wrong idea. it's probably not anything you're doing, it's just them. tell them they're taking things the wrong way. or if it really does look like you guys are a couple (by whatever you're doing) tame it down a notch to best friend level.
