More generally you can use...
(with every new entry you make) CODE <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com --> <div style="border: 1px dotted ffcc00"> TEXT </div> <!-- end code provided by createblog.com --> This also allows you to make different borders everytime. Just remember to select "Edit HTML" first.. and modify color and border style.
