idk what it is called but like it pops up on your mouse when your mouse doesnt move and you can put w/e you want it to say. i cant explain it. hopefully one of you people out there know what i am talking about. and all the users who have have their myspace on private so i cant show it.

I think you mean this:
CODE <img src="URL TO IMAGE" border="0" alt="WHAT YOU WANT TO SAY"></a> just add the alt="" like that to show with the mouse what you want.
