of all time? hm. adventure:Zelda. though i enjoyed god of war just as much, i have to pay respect to zelda. maybe by the time god of war.... 3 is out. it can take this title, if it stays brilliant. but until then, zelda has been brilliant time in and time out. FPS: Half life/ Half life 2 imo the greatest fps of all time. great story, great action, great online(CS), great experience. over doom, and over F.E.A.R. this game is incredible and is KNOWN for being incredible. and it also doesnt hurt that it has the most innovative and fun gun in all of gaming. it was even awarded for it. the gravity gun bitches. and, they're topping it. with the "portal gun" that i just saw a preview of today. some games are just made to market, some games are a passion products of the creators. half life 2 is a passion product. theres only so many fps's with loveable characters, that arent just run n' gun, that dont have levels or missions, but instead, one big world. and they do all of which so well. fighting: Smash Bros it really hurts me to say this. it really does. because im also a soul calibur man. but....smash bros takes it  its just...so fun lol 4 players, the crazy maps,the differences between characters, the satisfaction. everything is awsome.... Grand Theft Auto theres only a few games that can ignite so many clones, so many genres, and so many politicians lol. GTA is one of the most influential games ever created. it opened a whole new path of what games could be. and manages to out do itself eachtime, and put all the clones, in their place. and its reply value is incredibly high for a game thats not online. |
