Okay so I've had my period for like a little over 3 years now, and I get it SO randomly. It's stupid. I'll get it twice a month sometimes, or I'll go half a year without one. But when I do get it I get bad mood swings and terrible cramps. I've read places that eating, playing sports, whatever all that can change it, but I've been doing pretty much the SAME stuff for this time.. I eat normally, and I cheerlead, but my periods ALWAYSSS been irregular and when I am on it, I'm in pain. WTF am I (well my body..) stupid or something?

dont worry..i have the exact same problem and it sucks. i really want to get on birth control but my mom wont let me and im too chicken to see a doctor so i guess ill just wait for it to regulate
