Dude, i'm really skinny.
How do i gain weight? I tried eating a lot .. and i dont even gain weight. i got tired of it. My arms are like twigs. Whenever i go out, i feel very self-conscious about my weight. I dont look meaty at all, just a piece of twig. therefore, i wear clothes tha doesnt show any of my body parts. i dont even wear short clothes anymore. the first thing that people think is that i'm skinny with chubby cheeks. and my friends said, " dam steven, you're skinny!" 123 LBS 15 years old. 5'8 |

just put in enough nutrients into ur body to sustain growth. In order to gain quality weight you should be eating above your maintenance level. you gotta be eating at least 2,500 to 3,000 calories per day, if not more, to gain quality weight. It's as simple as that. If you simply change your eating habits around a little, I'll bet you that you'll start to grow and that you'll start to see the results immediately. Use these tips for optimum nutrition for your weight gain stuff: 1. Cut out the junk food 2. Drink enough clean water 3. Eat a variety of foods 4. Consume the necessary protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals 5. Consume salt in moderation 6. Eat foods that are high in complex carbohydrates and fibre 7. Take some quality nutritional supplements It is very important to understand that the human body is constantly working using and storing energy day and night. It is also very important to understand that in order to keep the machine rolling, you need a to know what and how much to feed it. How much do you feed your body? and get plenty of rest fool, body mass doesnt gain during the day, it gains during rest ![]() |
