 yeah, does building muscle mass increase your metabolism? just wondering.

There's so many ways you can increase you're metabolism, but I don't think muscle mass increases it, because while you're trying to increase muscle you're going to want to increase your weight more and make all that extra fat into muscle. yes i know this because my brother is a body builder.
