Have you ever focused on doing something (ie; losing weight, improving your grades, etc) but procrastinate about it and end up never accomplishing it and then focusing on it again?

ahhh yea this past year i said i was gonna
improve my grades and they were worse this year. i just thought i didn't have to do any work. |
