Have you ever focused on doing something (ie; losing weight, improving your grades, etc) but procrastinate about it and end up never accomplishing it and then focusing on it again?

allways happens.. i cant seem to stick on things.. and then i say to myself i will do this.. and its hard.
and one of my biggest somewhat problems are. procrastination ew |
