![]() i was wondering what some members experienced in the kitchen. what was your worst moment during cooking? what was your proudest achievement? my proudest achievement: it was my friends birthday so i decided to bake her a cheesecake. it was my first try and it came out great. hehe. i would definitely want to try again. it's a classic cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and a strawberry sauce topping. before: ![]() after: ![]() my worst moment: i left the manual for my toaster oven in said oven and turned it on, forgetting that there was paper in there. needless to say, poof! a small fire occured. nothing big happened... except i felt like a complete moron. ![]() |

i love making pastas. i go to my grandmas and we make fresh noodles together ahh yummy with garlic bread ect. everyone says i make awesome lasagna. chicken mashed potatoes gravy. my gravy, when i cook things like chicken or beef, always gets lumpy and its always burnt it tastes awful. thats pretty much whats wrong with my dishes, gravy. |
