okay so im trying to get comments on my page and im using haloscan.its not working!!!!!!! i put the first part in my header at the end rigth before </head> and put that in my index.html then for the second part i replaced 'name' with 'comments' and put that in my index2.html. and nothings showing up. helpppppppp. and thanks.

Ok what you do is take the code in header and put it in the index2.html as well .

If it still doesn't work replace the one under your blog with this:
CODE
<a href="java script:HaloScan('blog1');" target="_self"><script type="text/javascript">postCount('blog1');</script></a> | <a href="java script:HaloScanTB('blog1');" target="_self"><script type="text/javascript">postCountTB('blog1'); </script></a>


Take out the the stuff after </a> it just went in the post.

Thats the one from my old site, should work for you too.

(The only reason I took your codes was so I can play around with it, because its hard to just guess off your head. Once you get it, I'm going to delete the files).
