school hallways, how are they like? |

i was sooo excited to get to high school to see what the hallways were like. how everyone would be in the hallways putting books then guys lean on the lockers and girl have mirrors and the hallways are just busy with people just like in the movies or on television. then i get to my high school. it's like completely quiet in the hallways. we have lockers but no one except a few people uses them. i was so bummed. we have to carry our books around campus the whole day. how are your hallways like?

There are ups & downs to having crowded school hallways.
PROS: 1. You get to see your friends that aren't in your classes. 2. You have SOME reason for being late to class. 3. Other social reasons. CONS: 1. There are those damn couples that walk soooo damn slow in front of you, making you wicked late to class.. & at the same time making you feel like shit when you have nobody to walk with. 2. You see people you don't like at the same time. 3. That may include your ex-boyfriend.. or a boy you have a huge crush on. But wow! You guys get like 5-10 minutes between classes. We only get 3, & some kids have to go from the first to the third floor. In fact we aren't even allowed to go to our lockers between class unless we have PE or lunch. We do anyways
