I don't know what to think about this. He isn't someone who uses a lot of computer graphics in film. I do believe his theory on suspence would be more off camera than on. What do you think? |

I am NOT a fan of M. Night Shyamalan. The Village was a disaster. Lady in the Water looks dumb. No way. NO WAY, I want Chris Columbus. |

Oh are you for real? I am NOT a fan of M. Night Shyamalan. The Village was a disaster. Lady in the Water looks dumb. No way. NO WAY, I want Chris Columbus. But Chris Columbus is a bit wimpy. I think someone with a darker point of view, as the books do get darker as they go along, is essential to getting the mood of the movie equal to that of the book. Agree with Kristina, M. Night would be a good choice. There is a lot of action in the books, but there's a good degree of psychological...stuff that he would convey wonderfully. |
