i have.. a problem.
i can't gain weight. no matter what. i've tried eating more junk food, and i've stayed about 85ish pounds since like, the 4th grade. And i've noticed i've been eating a lot less. i dont have an appetite a lot anymore. my mom says it's nothing. i think i'm underweight based on my BMI and stuff, but she says i'm not.  i do not believe her.do you have any suggestions on what to do to gain weight heathily? |

BANANAS !!! AVOCADOS !!! WHOLE MILK !!!
healthy but high fat content foods aztecs ate avocados since they needed fat and energy since they worked all the time and avocados has highest fat content of all fruits |
