okay i started my period but i haven't had ANY cramps or mood changes. is this normal ?

completely normal. cramping doesn't have to happen! i never get anything...and i hear my friends complaining all the time. the only thing that happens to me during my period, is that i get SERIOUSLY depressed. and cry out of nowhere. not suicidal or anything, but just really SAD. but one of my friends used to never have cramps, but now she has horrible ones all the time...so i guess it might change over time...
