My layout isnt properly alligned, How to I hide the advertisements?! |

I used a layout from a different website but I've basically had this problem with every layout I try.
Is there any way to hide the advertisement bar on the right? AND The entries are way out of line. I dont know how to fix this. My Livejournal Ps. I've already tried unselecting the navigation bar and using the generator option. Please help, I'll post my codes if you need them. |

If you revert back to a free account, it will align properly; unfortunately, the sponsored+ account doesn't work well with layouts.
