I did use the "Search" button but it returned with no results.
If there's a topic on this already, I'm really sorry & please tell me~ Well........ I have a meaty back....its not always been like this.....but recently I've realised that my back's gotten fatter?!?!?! When it comes to summer, i don't look all that great in singlet tops & stuff because of that extra meat / fat on my back. I'm not really sure what kind of exercises will make me be able to lose some of that extra meat / fat on my back... Does anybody know any exercise in particular that could help? |

^ Excellent advice.
After I gave my birth to my son, I was mortified. I felt like one big fat pooch of flesh, especially in my back. It was like, "I have ROLLS? When did I get ROLLS??? EGADS!!". I'm serious. What helped me was a combination of what Gypsy Eyes mentioned and a series of weight exercises that targeted my side back (if that makes sense). It took a while though, I won't deny it. But it's the best, safest and healthiest way to go about losing some of those extra back inches. Good luck. :) |
