I am curious as to how to create the technique of lines running through an image. I know that it's created with Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop, I just don't know how to pull off the technique. If anyone knows how, can you please tell me, or if anyone knows of a tutorial on here that shows you how, please direct me to it. Thanks!

if you're doing this in photoshop;
http://www.adesdesign.net/php/tutorials/photoshop/tvLine.php at the end; hold ctrl and press t, rotate to your likeness. =) |
