Space Shuttles amaze me. They're 40 year old hardware, yet they outperform everything the world puts out. Not even the Buran could match it. Discovery launch was a success, but it seems like no one cares. It's probably the largest rocket you'll see go up today, yet it seems to me that more people are excited to see the fireworks show.

well, you hope fireworks blow up.
i wish i could see it for real. seeing it on a screen is nice and all, but for real- that would rock. i once saw the blue angels fly. it was freezing, and it was wet, but it was worth it. i have a feeling the space shuttle would be the same. and not that many launches left. must go see! |
