Hey there!

I seriously hope I don't come across as a whiner. I realize that layouts get rejected for everyone, but I'm a little disconcerted. I have recently had three of my layouts rejected in a row from the same mod.

I really can't see why they have been rejected. They meet all of the criteria found in the requirements that I can see and, to be honest, I feel that the layouts were up to par with the other layouts being accepted...perhaps more simple, but nice just the same. I don't know if it's ok for me to contact the mod...I think I've read different things in the forums.

Really, I understand I'm not going to get all of my layouts accepted, but to have all of my new ones rejected by one mod when I feel they really are acceptable makes me a little sad. (Maybe I'm wrong...maybe the suck. ermm.gif rolleyes.gif ) Can I resubmit if I really feel it should be reconsidered? Should I be talking to someone else specifically?

Thanks!

It's not at all a problem to contact the moderator who reviewed your submission. I'll go take a look now, though..

edit; Looking through, I actually probably would have accepted the last two (Stewie and Journal), but not Serendipity, if that gives you any idea. On the Journal one, the links are a tiny bit hard to read, and on the Stewie layout the header image is compressed too much. However, I'm almost positive that that's the fault of our uploader, so I'll recommend that you save your images in GIF or PNG format rather than JPG. Hope that helps.

Do go ahead and contact the person who reviewed your layouts, since I can't see who it was, and maybe she'll be able to tell you what it was about the layouts that can be improved.
