Despite a minimal interest in painting, I have always had a particular taste for René François Ghislain Magritte. I love me some good surrealism. I always did my art projects on him. Heh heh.
 Granted, most of my favorite artists are best known for their work in video (i.e. Fellini, Lynch, Tarantino, etc). This is mainly because my extent of knowledge is far greater in the aspect of film and cinema as opposed to any other medium of art. Doesn't mean I can't enjoy art of all forms.
