My html is visible!, After fixing the wide boxes, now my html is in my "About Me" Options

Thanks to you guys, I fixed the stretching problem by placing the code to stop comments from messing everything up! Hurray! However, slight prob: now my html is visible.

I've tried moving the code around but it's in the only place it works and tried to do a little research, but no luck. Any thoughts? Sorry to have to post again!
