i get migraines, mostly on the left side of my head.
so do you do you think if i start exercising the lelf side of my brain they will go away ? |

I don't really know if I've ever actually gotten a real migraine, but I've have quite a few terrible headaches.
Sometimes I get them often throughout the week.
