im not really sure what this is called so i can't search for it but how can you put pictures into other shaped images? its like you can put your pictures in block letter fonts but i want pictures in another image like that image is an outline with the pics inside the outlined image.
i'll try finding a petter picture |

You can create text as a floating selection, which I find fun. You can paste all sorts of things in there. For the flag thing, you just overlay a picture. It's a layer style.
If it has a black background, select the background and delete it. A transparent background is the same thing as a white one for brushes. Or you can just invert the image... But that might not be a good idea. |
