Is it true that getting a new bf helps get over the old one, because this guy just asked me out, and I have to get back to him with a yes or a no. But I just broke up with my bf last week.

i say would you ever want to forget the one person you once truly cared about? its hard to forget someone who once was a part of your life emotionally and physically. sure getting a new boyfriend might make you forget the old one . but then there might be times when you compare the two. and from the old boyfriend you can learn new things on how to keep the relationship stronger with the new one. don't live with regrets. take each step of life. DEEEEEP! ahaha
