hey guys, i'm going to the beach tomorow and i want my hair cut in layers, and i would go get it cut somewhere but all the places are booked, but i'm sure theres people here that cut their hair themselves, how do you cut your layers? please help,and as soon as possible because i want to cut it tonight. thanks in advance. ~*__ariana__*~ i want it to look something like hilary duff's style she has. http://gallery.celebritypro.com/details.php?image_id=638 |

haha i cut mine in layers,
1rst time- got a knife & just like went through my hair and grab like a hand full & just went back & forth on the handfull with the knife. 2nd time i used sissors :) |
