Ok my question to you all this: should i tell my friend that by the way she acts and all she's totally putting our other friend inthe shadow?

It's kinda hard to explain but it's like this: I'm really good friends with 2 girls. They have been friends longer than i've been with them. Now my one friend is a really open girl, her parents let her be wild and all, she's very nice and all but i don't agree with most of the stuff that she does. My other friend is just as nice as her yet by not being, let's say slutty, as my other friend she doesn't really get noticed. She's always in the shadow. They are really alike but just bc she doesn't have a new bf every week who tells everone bout her sex life she is just kinda ignored. I'm kinda on the outside, bc ppl know i'm my own person and all but i don't know if i should tell either one of my friends, both of them seem to not notice. But i'm not the only one who thinks this. It's always the same story; My one friend likes a guy, the guy ends up liking my other friend. So..

Should I tell my friend that she's being to..idk ignorant to notice what she's doing?Or should i just shut up and watch all the same stuff happen over and over again?

her two friends are completely different in personalites. number 1 is out going and flirty, number 2 isnt. when number 2 likes someone. number 1 always gets that person. and the girl wants to know should she confront number 1 of her actions....
