why do you guys get all violent and Pissed off once you have PMS , can`t you hold it in , or is it too the point where absolute rage shatters thebarriers of mentality

I depends. I have these really fast mood swings. I'm happy one minute. crying the next, then beating somebody's brains out after a cuople of minutes. It gets really bad sometimes. Most of the time I'm just mad...and I go on these rants about nothing important. If someone tries to talk to me I'm all "LEAVE ME ALONE"
 Most of the time though, I just want to kill people in cruel and unusual ways. and I let them know that....my favorite saying when I'm pissed "don't make me burn your eyes out with drain-o"  we can't help it. It's all hormones and stuff
