For the past few months my mom didn't care about my grades and all (she used to cry about it <_<) I got used to her not caring then my report card came in the mail yesterday and I got straight B's (which I thought would disappoint her). But instead she took us out to Outback to celebrate... <_< the next day she told me to study more when the school year begins <__< why are my parents weird?

i really dont understand what your saying are you saying your mom didnt care for a few months then she cared again? lol sorry if i didnt understand!
anywayz sumtimes parents have difficult times at work and stress about house bills and other stuff they have to pay for. jus give her time she might be back to her old self jus try talking to her about what you feel has been going on BUT also ask her what she has been going thro and why she has changed so much.
