why do you guys get all violent and Pissed off once you have PMS , can`t you hold it in , or is it too the point where absolute rage shatters thebarriers of mentality

Uhm..PMS is different for all girls.
Some girls it gets them really moody, and for some it doesn't really have an effect. I sometimes get moody with I'm PMSing, but usually the biggest change is that I get reallyyyy bad cravings lol. |
