Seriously, I think I have no friends. No best friends, or "true friends" or something like that. At my school, all the girls have their little BFF that they tell everything to and they're always together and stuff. Like on TV or something. But I don't. I'm like the only girl in the grade that doesn't have a best friend (seriously). I mean, is that a good thing? Because I don't think it is. I have no one to talk to, and everyone else does. I can't trust anybody, because they'll go tell their little best friend and word'll get around and soon everyone will know everything I've said. No one at my school can keep a secret. And, on top of all this, all my good friends get all mad at me for the stupidest stuff. I know this sounds odd, but girls can suck. At least the girls I know. They're all like ahh freak out drama-ish. So I just talk to all my guy friends about this. Seriously, they understand better than the girls I know.

That's not weird at all. I lived my whole elementary school life without any true, best friends (except for my last year, but that went down the drain quickly when I found out she was the hugest bitch ever. Long story).

High school came along and I met TONS of people. In a place where everyone is starting off fresh, people become more vulnerable and friends are made easily.

Take your time, eventually you'll find people you connect with. Don't try to find best friends if they're all screwed up, like the ones you know. It's better to have no friends than to have a lot of bitchy drama queens as BFFs. Don't ever compromise yourself and your own identity for other people, especially those that you dislike.
