how do u get the glow part on the psd and how do u make the pic inside the buble thingy im using PSP 9 |

1. Make the selection of your image. Pick the Circle preset.
2. Open a new image and put the background as the color you want the glowy part to be. 3. Paste the image onto the background as a new selection. 4. Go to selections>> Modify>> Expand & set the options to "3 pixels" 5. Now to to selections>> Modify>> Feather & set the options to "5 pixels." I hope i helped. |
