http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1G470rfJQCI This woman's father organizes people to go to the funerals of soldiers from iraq, holding signs saying "thank god for dead soldiers". "God is punishing this nation, and one of his wepons of choice is sending your children home from battle, dead." How do all of you feel about that? Do you think that these people have the right to intrude on something as solemn as a funeral, to shame these people and the dead soilder? Do you guys think that God is really "punishing the nation"? I'm not condoning the war, and i'm DEFINATLEY not agreeing with this woman or her "church", but i also do not believe that it's the soldiers' fault we're there. Quite frankly i can't believe insane people like that exsist. *i believe this goes in the debate section, but i appologize if it's in the wrong place* |

She has her own opinion, yes, and I believe it's a little bit swayed by something mental going on in her head. I don't mind her protesting, but at someone's funeral? That is where I cross the line. I don't care how much of a right she has. If she was at my friend who fought and died in the war's funeral, I would be in jail right now.
And she would be in hell. |
