hey i'd really like to kno sum healthy diets on how to lose weight because i really want to lose weight
 but im not going to crash diet or be anorexic or bulimic to do it so plz help me and post any HEALTHY diets that uve heard of or tried that have worked for u  thx

^that's really unhealthy
The zone diet works really well, and my grandparents did the south beach diet. Over a year they lost around 80 pounds each so I guess that works well too. |
